Ballintubbert Gardens & House
Ballintubbert is an exquisite and lovingly restored country home nestled in a valley within an hour’s drive of Dublin, ideal for party guests flying in from abroad.

The settlement dates back to 1540 and is an on-going work of art with 14 acres of continuously evolving formal gardens and formidable water features.

Creative tent and event aficionados LPM Bohemia offer these ‘tented pleasure gardens’ along with the main house and further accommodation on an exclusive rental basis.

With a myriad of boutique glamping options as well as its own church, humanist and civil partnerships within the grounds, Ballintubbert is a truly comprehensive venue.

Clonwilliam House, Woodenbridge, Arklow, Co. Wicklow
Clonwilliam House is a country house set dramatically atop the wooded hills that surround the Vale of Avoca near Woodenbridge in Co. Wicklow. It commands breathtaking views across one of the most beautiful landscapes in Ireland, with mature grounds and woodlands hosting an abundance of wildlife and the picturesque Goldmines river running through it.

Although there has been a house peering out from this majestic spot for 350 years, the current house dates from the 19th century, since which time it has undergone a number of transformations. The result is an exquisite blend of contemporary glamour and period splendour, combining spectacular 21st century luxury with the loveliness of a Georgian backdrop. For the aesthete therefore, Clonwilliam is that rare breed of house that has everything – exemplary luxury and design set in outstanding natural beauty. In its new incarnation as one of Ireland’s most exclusive wedding venues, Clonwilliam sits comfortably amongst the best wedding venues in Ireland.

It is undoubtedly true that the words of the poet Thomas Moore, written while sojourning in Avoca, resonate for all those who visit here:

“There is not in this wide world a valley so sweet

As that vale in whose bosom the bright waters meet”.
