I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the vivacious Emily Cowap from Emily’s Pantry at a recent weekend wedding in the stunning County of Carlow.
For our Bride & Groom Emily provided a fabulous selection of vanilla champagne mini cupcakes, salted caramel macarons & white chocolate and caramel macarons as well as the three varieties of cakes.
The main cake flavour was Chocolate Truffle Hazlenut Orange delight & the side cakes were Lemon Blueberry & a gluten free chocolate cake. DROOL!!!! And yes I tasted them all and all were incredible!
The setting was a beautiful private castle and the wedding cake was the centrepiece of the stunning dessert table where guests were brought to mingle in the lobby after dinner. Served with tea & coffee and a selection of after dinner liqueurs.
